Lysto Inc., operates the website lysto.shop (the "Site").

3. How we collect the data

We collect your e-mail address only when you type it into the wait-list form and click Join.

4. Where the data is stored

  • Database / Hosting: encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon in the EU (Frankfurt).
  • Infrastructure: front-end & API are hosted by Vercel (EU edge locations).

Both providers act as processors under GDPR and are bound by data-processing agreements (DPAs).

We don't sell or share your data with any other third parties.

6. International transfers

If we transfer data outside the EEA, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful mechanism.

7. Your rights (EU / UK)

You can, at any time:

  • • Rectify inaccurate information.
  • • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • • Restrict or object to processing.
  • • Data portability – receive a copy in machine-readable form.
  • • Withdraw consent – unsubscribe at any time.

8. Withdrawing consent & deleting your data

Every wait-list e-mail includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes your address from our database immediately.

9. Data security

  • • Row-level access controls & daily backups
  • • Least-privilege access for staff

10. Cookies

The wait-list page uses no cookies or tracking pixels.

11. Supervisory authority

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
